Summary exam timetable Summer 2012
The summary exam timetable for the Summer period
shows all exams due to take place in school between
14 May and 27 June 2012. Please refer to individual
student timetables for those you are taking which show
the start time, duration and the seating and rooming
arrangements for each exam.
Seating plans will be available both on the notice board
outside the Head’s Office and outside and inside every
exam room, together with the Warning to Candidates
and the notice prohibiting mobile phones.

Any queries about the arrangements for exams should
be refered to Mrs Mortimer, Exams and Office Manager,
via the school office. Queries relating to subject content
should be addressed to the relevant member of the
teaching staff. Below are some general points relating to exams for
candidates and their families....
Exams
Full seating plans will be produced nearer the dates of exams, and candidates will receive individual timetables with their seating arrangements shown.
As soon as the mock schedule has been produced this will be added to this timetable.
There is a document called “Warning to Candidates” which is displayed outside the exam room together with a large notice showing that mobile phones are not allowed in exams. Both these documents can be seen in full on-line
