Job Details

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Assistant PA to join our existing PA team. This is a new role that will require the successful applicant to be able to support managers to develop new HR administration systems within the school in addition to providing secretarial and administration support to SLT and Key Stage coordinators.

The successful applicant must possess excellent people skills, in particular an ability to use tact and initiative when balancing the requirements of the role against the workloads of others. In addition it is important for the successful applicant to fully grasp and work in accordance with HR policies with the ability to multitask and balance a demanding and variable workload.

As this is a new role and the nature of the work may fluctuate the contract will be based on fulfilling annualised hours. The purpose of the annualised hour’s contract is to ensure flexibility is achieved in terms of completing a certain number of hours over a 12month period. The guide hours are 20hrs per week; however, there will be a requirement for the successful applicant to be highly flexible.
